Intro screen will not dismiss on iPad 2

No amount of tapping, scrolling or even app reinstalling will make the intro help screen go away. Youre stuck with an all gray overlay which obscures all the contents.
Why release untested code? Did any of the developers bother to try this on an iPad? Obviously not.
